What sorts of families are available through Childlink?
We recruit adopters to meet the needs of children who are waiting for permanent families.
Once approved these families are available to all local authorities and their details are regularly:
- circulated to the South London Adoption Consortium
- referred to the National Adoption Register
- featured in our bi-annual brochure which is sent to all local authorities in England
What additional services do we offer?
- Childlink can recruit adopters for specific children on behalf of their local authority.
- We can supervise placements and/or work with the children on behalf of the local authority.
- We offer a broad range of adoption support services according to the needs and wishes of our adoptive family.
How much will it cost?
Childlink is a member of the Consortium of Voluntary Adoption Agencies and we will charge an inter-agency fee at the rate set by the Consortium.
